High-rise building is the social economic development and technological progress of the product. The urban population concentration and the business competition promote the high-rise building appear and continuous development. Reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structure system with it's in the use of function and structure seismic advantage is widely used in high-rise buildings.Frame-shear wall structures have big structural stiffness, good entirety and multi-channel seismic defence, greatly changed frame structure seismic performance of the lateral deformation and the poor quality. But, when shear wall is too much, making structural stiffness is too big, and then increasing the earthquake effect and the structural internal force, making the framework also cannot play its full role. Therefore, Frame-shear wall structure shall determine reasonable shear wall, i.e. optimizing shear wall of the frame-shear wall structure.This paper summarizes the predecessors to the shear wall rigidity optimization theory on the frame-shear wall structure and the beam-column reasonable line stiffness theory on the frame sructure, and with these theories appling to frame-shear wall structure. Firstly, making the design with former method; And then, determining the beams and columns'size of the frame structrue according to beam-column reasonable line stiffness; And establishing the mathematical model according to the shear wall rigidity optimization theory on the frame-shear wall structure, finding out optimal shear wall stiffness with MATLAB, and then adjusting the quantity and layout of shear wall; Finally, making test and verify of the whole frame-shear wall structure with PKPM/SAWTE.Treating framework for setting value is very important for optimizing shear wall. This paper first through the theoretical studies suggesting that in the frame-shear wall structure, the internal force of frame column is showing little difference when changing the stiffness of shear wall, namely, optimization process of shear wall stiffness could treat framework for setting value; Finally, verified by specific examples of shear wall stiffness in optimized, assume the rationality of the frame for setting value. For simplified calculation, based on the optimization model, through the displacement curve second derivation maximize interlayer displacement angle; In order to make the model is suitable height more than 40m, quality and stiffness along the height of uneven distribution frame-shear wall structure optimization model, in this paper using strikeout decomposition response spectrum method for seismic action.
