The article researched the trigger optimization control strategy base on six-wave double-variable AC-AC variable frequency speed regulation system in different application situation, by analyzing the simulation and experiment's results. Firstly, lots of waveform was analyzed, the trigger rule and optimization strategy were calculated in theory. And then the simulation model has been set up in the environment of Matlab / Simulink and making a lot of experiments and analysis. Finally, the optimized frequency output waveforms were debugged and obtained in the test platform, and trigger control strategy was optimized again and summed up on the basis of the motor control effect.The inverter output voltage and current waveforms were compared and analyzed in different modulation waves including triangle-wave, sine- wave and square-wave, ladder-wave and trapezoidal-wave. The trigger control strategy of the inverter was generalized, according to sine degrees, symmetrical degrees and harmonic content of the output waveform, load capacity requirements of speed control system and speed adjustment mode. The experimental results show that the system has better speed control effect through trigger control strategy was selected reasonably, and the motor operates more normally, smoothly, efficiently.
