Wind energy is being attached great importance to all over the world because of its advantages as renewable, non-polluting. Wind power system has been a hot and difficult point in energy technology field. The wind power generation can't do without simulation and test from design and trial-produce to produce and maintenance. But for the wind power generation industry, there are much difficult for operational test, research and development on real-time simulation and test equipment used for control system of wind power generation is very significant.The paper discussed the function design, modeling, simulation and software system of a wind power generation real-time simulation and testing system. Based on the wind turbine model, generation model, converter model etc, the paper studied every models'parameters and the relationship among them, and developed the simulation and testing system. The system takes the advantages of LabVIEW and its toolkit to design some function of test equipment, such as user manager, control program for experiment, function as data storage, data queries, and generating, and a good user interface. The paper introduced the implementation method in detail. The stable operation of the system shows the availability of the modeling set and the practice results prove that the system has the reasonable design and the perfect function, and reaches the targets of the design. The experimental officers can adjust the experiment parameters, observe the output performance of the unit, optimize the control strategy and optimize the wind power generation system conveniently.
