In lately years, people widely pay attention to wind energy because it is generated cleanness energy. It began development in high rate 20 years before. It is a fact that the Doubly-fed variable-speed constant-frequency (VSCF) wind generator system is a main subject in the wind electric power generator schemes.This paper is based on the Doubly-fed VSCF wind generator imitation supervisory system. Utilizing powerful LabVIEW DSP base, it deals with sampling data online and save rawdata as a file. This monitoring system has powerful expandation, the advantage of good interactivity and easy to be operated. The monitoring system realizes signal acquisition, processing and display for monitoring of power quality.Wind speed imitation is a crucial portion in the wind power generation imitation system. This paper analyzes and compares two parameters Weibull distribution , three parameters Weibull distribution, Rayleigh distribution. In this paper, The proposed wind speed mathemastic model is introduced which is composed of the base wind speed model, the gust wind speed model, the ramp wind speed model and the noisy wind speed model. Based on Labview, the wind power generation imitation scheme proposed in this paper is implemented effectively and the consequence is satisfactory.The performance characteristic and the operation principle of optimum utilization of wind energy is analyzed. The feasibility of the maximum output power curved by the DC or AC motor is analyzed on theory. The hardware structure of the imitation system is proposed and the effectiveness of the system is successfully proved by the laboratory experiments.In this article the mathematical model of the Doubly-fed induction is analyzed and established. Furthermore, under the vector control strategy of stator field-orient. A vector control model will derive from the generator, which form a close control system with the generator model.The parameters of power quality are studied in the paper. Active power and reactive power are monitored based on the instantaneous reactive power theory. A improved method of 3 points curtive fitting is presented in frequency detecting, which has high accuracy in detecting distorted or varied amplitude signal. Based on the Fourier Transform, a standard sinwave is derived from the original signal, which is the synchronous signal for power.
