| The 1 lth Five-Year period is the golden period of ports'development. China has become a port big power after years of development and its coastal port throughput ranks No.1 in the world. With the rapid economic development, China has a growing demand for overseas resources. Using large vessels can increase economic efficiency in long-distance maritime transport of bulk cargo. Besides our coastline development has been basically completed, it needs to vigorously develop modern offshore deep-water ports.Jacket platform wharf is a better structure type of offshore deep-water port. Currently, jacket platform wharf has been commonly used for offshore deep-water port in Japan and Europe. But in China, jacket platform is mainly used as oil platform and has not applied in offshore deep-water port.Combined with 300 thousand DWT crude oil terminal projects in Dalian new port, the calculation of fatigue life of jacket platform wharf is researched. The main research contents are:fatigue analysis of jacket platform in a harbor subject to ship's impact and the grouting joints'effect on structure's fatigue life.This paper solves the technical problem that the fatigue life of the project under ship's impact must be longer than 50 years. The fatigue analysis dose work for the promotion of jacket platform wharf and the further development of our port.There is a lot of FEM work in the process of design and calculation of the project, which leads to the problem that the current engineering staff cannot easily design the jacket platform wharf. This paper dose second development based on FEM software ANSYS, develops practical software for engineering design. It can be easily used by engineering staff to select and optimize structure type, solve structure's displacement and deformation, strength, stability and fatigue life. |
