Port reflecting the importance of national competitiveness, strategic resources, and the future port construction is the very difficult task. After 30 years rapid development of building port in China, coastline development has been basically completed, which requires the port development to the offshore, deep-water environment. The construction of modern offshore deep-water port is the development of deep-water resources of the State. Offshore deep-water port can solve the coastal port capacity and the lack of large-scale deep-water berths, In China, an offshore deep-water wharf's constructions start late, less technology accumulation, design and calculation methods immature. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out offshore deepwater wharf structure calculation method research.Combining with 300 thousand DWT crude oil terminal project in Dalian new port jacket platform wharf is researched. The main research elements are:structure type selection and optimization, structural stress calculation, structural stability analysis, dynamic response analysis, fatigue analysis and the pile joints analysis.This paper solves the following technical problems:determinate the reasonable structure type and accurate calculation methods. Support projects recommended structure type is the four piles jacket platform wharf, which has small part in the sea, suffered smaller wave and currents force. Unlike the gravity wharf, jacket platform wharf relies on structure to maintain stability rather than its own weight, and with the increasing of water depth the cost increases slowly. Four piles jacket platform wharf to withstand impact forces and wave force, the dynamic response is not obvious; fatigue analysis and analysis of pile joints meet the requirements. Meanwhile, the construction conditions of jacket platform wharf structure are relatively loose. After a one-time molding process on land, barge transport to the scene fixedBecause most of the works can complete on land, so can reduce workload and shorten the duration on the sea.New wharf structure type studied in the paper can be extensively applied into offshore deep-water port, promoting the further development of our port.
