| This paper mainly conducts a compressor impeller's vibration modal analysis,also optimizes the corresponding results.In the actual work process,the impeller should work in the non-resonant environment for long-term,so it is necessary to conduct modal analysis for impeller.The analysis and optimization through ANSYS can make excitation frequencies and natural frequencies different to avoid resonance.A 3D compressor impeller of turbocharger is constructed by using Pro/ENGINEER software. The modal analysis is carried out by ANSYS of finite element software. Natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes at different rotational speed are obtained. So the excitation frequencies and rotational speed can be obtained based on the analysis results. For non-zero speed, there will be a centrifugal force when it rotates,so this paper analyze the first ten natural frequencies under the influence of corresponding prestress,the excitation resonance frequency and speed can be drawn when the impeller resonant.Finally,the paper takes blades for target to optimize the impeller.Optimization results make the impeller to avoid resonance.The study has great significance for actual projects,these research results can also serve as a helpful guide to the vibration study of other rotating components. |
