All of domestic and international airlines attach importance to the monitoring of the quality operated by pilots. Flight safety record is enhanced by improving and consummating the pilots'operational level. According to different models, Airlines develop corresponding monitoring items and standards of pilot's operation, which run through the entire flight, including preparing for flight, gliding on the ground, taking off, climbing, cruising, approaching and landing. The traditional assessment method for the training quality is by manual score. Based on the student's performance in the training process, the teacher grades as the student's training results. However, as a result of hundreds of monitoring items or more, manual scoring consumes a great deal of manpower, material resources, and will often result in errors brought about by human factors, which is not conducive to upgrading the level of pilots' operations. This thesis designs a kind of automatic scoring system for flight training, which automatically assesses the quality of pilots'training by using the flight standards to analysis the flight data. In this way, the purpose of assessing the training quality objectively, comprehensively, effectively, and rapidly will be achieved and as a result, aviation security will be improved further. This system is in based on the SQL Server 2005 database and the developing tools of.NET2.0. In this system, simulators collect recording data of monitoring the pilot's operation status during flight training, and save the data into database of the server. The server will transform flight rules into executable scripts, and analysis the flight data by explaining and executing the executable scripts to assess the quality. The results of evaluation will display in the computer in the form of reports.
