Flight simulator is a simulation training equipment for air screws..It can simulate and demonstrate the functions and the principles of real aircraft,and reduce the training time of real aircraft.Flight simulator's data acquisition and processing signals generally include: switchingsignal(opening DI),indicator light signal(opening DO),pedal/driver/gateway analogsignal(AD),stepping motor driving signal,etc.How to improve the interface system's data acquisition rate,realize the modular control and detection function of the interface system,and improve the maintenance efficiency has always been one of the key issues on the domestic flight simulator research.This thesis summarizes the characteristics of flight simulator interface system data acquisition technology's development at home and abroad,and briefly analyzes the development of the Ethernet communication and ARM chip STM 32 technology.According to the flight simulator's actual needs,this system chooses Ethernet as the communication between the host and the motherboard,uses STM32F429 as the processor of the data acquisition system's main control board,each slave control board adopts STM32F103 as the main control chip.the main control board and each slave control board use SPI communication.This thesis describes the flight simulator data acquisition system from four major themes: the overall scheme design of the data acquisition system;the hardware design of the data acquisition system;the software design of the data acquisition system;and the software test system design of the data acquisition system.The overall scheme design includes the scheme design of the data acquisition control system,the scheme design of the data acquisition and distribution system and the software design of the data acquisition and test.The hardware design of the data acquisition control system includes the hardware design of the main control board and the slave control board.Hardware design: The hardware design of the data acquisition control system is mainly composed of 4U chassis,which is divided into three blocks,one is the hardware design of the backplane(the backplane is the bridge connecting the data connection between the motherboard and the slave boards);one is the hardware design of the motherboard(Ethernet communication is used between the motherboard and the host);the other is the hardware design of the slave board(the board is expanded according to the datarequirements of the flight simulator),and the design of the slave board includes the DI control board,the DO control board,the AD control board and the stepper motor control board;the software design of the data acquisition control system uses the KEIL5 development environment,adopts C language programming,completes the programming of each slave control board,communicates between the main control board and the host through Ethernet,the main control board and each Communication from the control board through SPI;data acquisition system software test overview mainly describes Use a test panel interface.
