Flexible mechanism is a component of the elastic deformation by transfer all or part of the movement or force new class of institutions, such institutions as actuators are widely used in precision positioning fields. Flexible hinge is an important part of the flexible mechanism, it has small volume, no mechanical friction, no clearance, sports high sensitivity, high precision guide many characteristics.The traditional rigid hinge of planar four-bar can track, its technology for achieving in practice has tended mature, but because by size limit, rigid hinge make it difficult to use in micro field, with flexible hinge replace rigid hinge, can make institutions in micro mechanical field, miniaturization has a good application prospect.This paper for a flexible hinged four-bar mechanism was studied, the characteristics of its mechanical properties and movement characteristics are analyzed. Main content includes:(1) According to the pseudo-rigid-body model theory, a flexible hinge four-bar pseudo-rigid-body model, obtained the flexible hinge four-bar force and the general formula Angle.(2) Generation into different twist spring Angle deformation numerical, obtained different deformation cases, the infliction of different load size.(3) Introduced the application of finite element method of flexible hinged four-bar mechanism analysis theory calculation steps, and applied the large finite element simulation software ANSYS flexible hinged four-bar mechanism modeling, analyzed the load size and dangerous point von mises equivalent stress relationship. To find out the different forces the biggest danger point stress component, and comparing the calculated value is for simulation value with the theoretical value, between the causes of error is analyzed.(4) The simulation results of ANSYS was handling, method of pseudo-rigid-body model calculation results are verified, the result of both of them were analyzed.(5) Through flexible hinged four-bar mechanism of the deformation are analyzed and the simulation, for a flexible hinged four-bar mechanism design has certain significance.
