Nowadays, energy saving is more concerned than before. In some engineering machinery, there is not match between load and power-source,so engine can't work in the high efficiency field,what makes power wasted. Torque converter is widely used in modern machine,but as to modern engineering machine,it have huge energy consumption, the high-efficient scope is small,energy convert scope is limited,besides, power driven equipment is needed to work together.Aiming at how to improve machine's efficent,reduce the volume of the machine, a new type of machine-hydraulic load-sensing control converter is designed here, when the workload is low,it transmit just by mechanism,otherwise,it transmit by radial piston motor. Mechanism transmition and radial piston motor transmition have the same output shaft(input shaft is separated), mechanism transmit part used planetary transfer, motor transmit part used a new type of radial piston motor,they can switch automatically follow the change of workload.Hydraulic load-sensing control converter mainly constitude by multi-gear pump and radial piston motor.In order to get a tight structure, light weight,small volume and meet requirement function equipment,this article make a deep analysis of oil-trap, instantaneous flow and pulsation flow rata about the multi-gear pump. It is pointed out that this sort of gear pump can provide higher flow pulsation frequency when taking teeth number Z1=3k±1; The reasurch find that multi-gear pump have more than one trap-oil volume in the same time,in this satuation,we designed a double unloaded groove to solve this problem.Beside,we designed a radial piston pump which introduced valve plate and solved the imbalance radial force problem, and make it automaticly to compensate axis-direction clearance.In addition, as for the problem of pressure pulsation, a kind of triangular groove structure is used on the valve plate and is emulated by Matlab soft to improve it.The article also take analysis on output shaft torque and get its expression. Moreover, planetary transfer were analyzed and emulated by solidworks soft,the results shows the analysis is right.At last prototype drawings was made.
