Basic Theoretical Research On The Inner Curve Planetary Gear Pump

The gear pump has a simple structure, good manufacturability, low prices, reliable work, and it is not sensitive to oil pollution. Therefore, it is widely used. In order to solve the problem of the gear pump flow ripple and the imbalance of radial force, it needs a new structure. In the study of non-circular planetary gear, it is found that it is very suitable for being used as a hydraulic pump, so, the inner curve of planetary gear pump is proposed.As multiple gear mesh, the varactor hydraulic device of this has a non-circular gear transmission, to avoid a single pair of gears, shock and noise is avoided when a single pair of gears meshes. It has the character of smooth transmission and small impact. The outer side of the non-round center wheel is meshed with the planet gears, and the planet wheels and the inner curve ring gear mesh. It has the front and rear end cap which is sealed space inside. Shaft makes the center wheel spin, drive the rotation and revolution of the planetary gear. It results in the sealing space volume changes, results in suction and discharge of liquid. It is pump function. The pump has many characters such as a large displacement, low sensitivity of oil pollution and little noise.Firstly, the paper introduces the domestic and abroad research of the inner curve of the planetary gear pump. It also concludes the current level, the existing problem and the purpose of the study.Secondly, the paper introduces the principle of non-circular planetary gear train section curve of the inner curve planetary gear pump. According to listed equation, the researcher programs in MATLAB, and gets the center of the wheel and the inner ring gear pitch curve. Establish the models of central wheel, the inner ring gear and planet wheels in PRO-E, and assemble them.Finally, according to the model, research a single cavity volume changes, analyze the displacement of the inner curve planetary gear pump and the design of flow plate.The search found the research of other scholars at home and abroad is not done the inner curve of the planetary gear pump.Through the study of the thesis, to provide a basis for the design of the curve in the planetary gear pump, especially inner curve planetary gear pump emissions aspects, laying the foundation for the follow-up study.
