In China Conventional Island circulating pump driven gear mainly rely onimport, its design and research have just started. The reducer is designed for thespecial conditions of the nuclear power station. Great power as it transmitted, ithave the characteristics of large and heavy. The new circulating pump driven gear isa Innovation based on the common planetary gear. It adopts a new transmissionscheme—two steps Radial Planetary Gear. Compared with the common one, it issmaller and lighter, with the increase power of the transmission the advantage ismore obvious. But the transmission efficiency may decrease for the increase of thetransmission steps.Radical two-level planetary transmission composed by high-speed fixed axistransmission and low-speed planetary transmission, the high level fixed-axistransmission is transformed from planetary gear with fixed planet carrier, thereforeits structure is similar to it, and have the same parameters, fatigue strength as wellas the transmission efficiency. calculation method. Thus it is called fake planetarytransmission. This is why the compose transmission form is called Radicaltwo-level Planetary Transmission.According to the transmission scheme to analyze the force on the gear,Calculate the contact fatigue strength and bending fatigue strength. As it is radicaltwo level transmission, it is inevitable that there are a number of coaxial component.Furthermore, fixed axis and rotary parts Intertwined makes this structural difficultto achieve. Though we can use nested bearing to solve the coaxial componentsproblem, it is too complicate. Consider the need of uniform distribution of the loadsin planetary gear, make one of the components float can reduce the number ofnested bearing or even to avoid the structure. The internal gear of the high level andthe external gear of the slow level are fixed, the transmission of the force andmotion is relied on this component. To reduce the radial size of the reducer, theinternal and the external gear are designed as a single part—the transition part.Consider the installing problem, cut the fixed gear into two parts perpendicular tothe axis. Connect them with bolts when installing and put bellevill springs in themiddle, by this we achieved axial float.The uniform distribution of the load in the planetary gear has much to do withthe smoothness and the reliability in the transmission, we must take it intoconsideration. The load uniform distribution mechanism design considering theuniform distribution of the axial load, which is more beneficial to the transmission,breaks the situation that we just take the uniform distribution of the radial load into account in previous design.Lubrication and cooling system is an integral part of high-power transmission.The amount of the lubricants is achieved by heat balance calculation, but considerthe pipe-line's complex structure and size restrictions by driving component,thedistribution of the oil to the lubrication points to assure they obtain the requiredamount of lubricant is not that easy. The thesis use"reverse method"of thepipe-line diameter to distribute the lubricant creatively, check the flow rateaccording to the calculated pipe diameter. The comparison of the data indicate thatthe"reverse method"is a effective method of flow distribution.
