Scissors lift platform which powered by hydraulic cylinder is widely used in shipbuilding, storage terminals, the stage the orchestra pit and other places of lifting machinery. It directly affects the performance of the bearing on the stage and comfort, Scissor lift which loading platform thrust requires hydraulic cylinder piston as small as possible. Manned scissor lift platform lifting requires steady speed. Meanwhile , the layout of the hydraulic cylinder restrained by the small space of arrangement. Therefore, how to arrange the scissors lifting platform at the same time meet the load-bearing stage and comfort in the limited space is to improve the overall performance of the pool on the stage during the urgent need to address the problem.The topics to pool as the research object on the stage, there are hydraulic cylinder piston thrust, speed is not stable platform for traditional scissors lift platform layout of the hydraulic cylinder to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the issues, and strive to find out the kind of the platform lift cylinder layout to meet the design requirements .At the same time, the platform lift cylinder layout can reduce the hydraulic cylinder piston thrust, speed and stability ofFirstly, the kinematics and kinetics use of dual-beam articulated lifting platform that driven by the hydraulic cylinder were analyzed by use of method of theory mechanics. The relation of position that the hydraulic cylinder of lifting platform articulated and lifting platform piston thrust, speed changes were obtained. The lifting platform piston thrust and speed variation in the lifting process were analyzed to determine the optimization parameters of the piston thrust and lift speed.Secondly, the optimal design of the machine is delimited the binary constraints multi-objective optimization design by the theory of optimal design of machinery. By comparison, the corresponding optimization method was selected and optimization program was compiled with their flow chart. The hydraulic cylinder articulated position under the three conditions of the smallest piston thrust, the most stable lift speed , the smallest piston thrust and the most stable lift speed in selected hydraulic cylinder cases were obtained. Optimized results were analyzed.Finally, optimization results of the lifting platform above the shortage of the height, there are a new proposed solutions. And the solutions were compared. Finally, hydraulic cylinder layout of the scissor lift platform was determined.By the kinematics, dynamics analysis and optimization of mechanical design of the hydraulic cylinder driven by dual-hinged scissor lift platform, a theoretical basis for the further to reduce the hydraulic cylinder piston thrust and to improve the speed stability of lifting platform were provided.
