| Optimal design method is widely used in the field of mechanical design of our country. It is an available tool based on modern optimization method and computer program, resolving complex design problem. It is an important aspect on computer aided design (CAD). Based on manufacture request, rationalization confirm and compute parameter, optimal design can reach furthest result on mechanical design. The research of performance parameters and structure synthetic optimal design of kinematics and dynamics in hydraulic excavator's parametric modeling of WYL160 will be carried on in this paper as an example. Most work and conclusion are listed as follows: ①Based on the optimal design method and the colligate design method, a concept of the colligate optimal design method is introduced in this paper. It's an effective optimal design method on complex machine like excavator, and a new design idea has been introduced for optimal design. So a new system of manufacture exploder and inaugurate has been founded. ②According to the theory of the hydraulic excavator's parametric modeling, using the kinematics equation based on the Denavit-Hartenberg homogeneous transformed matrix, this paper educes its equations of kinematics and dynamics. ③The paper has accomplished the study in the performance parameter kinematics and dynamics colligate optimization of the hydraulic excavator's parametric modeling, optimized and ameliorated mostly performance parameters. ④The paper has accomplished the study in the structure kinematics and dynamics colligate optimization of the hydraulic excavator's parametric modeling. This paper discuss the whole process of the dynamic optimization of the hydraulic excavator's parametric modeling, including the establishment of FEM model, simplified model, confirm the loading value, confirm the cells, plot the lattice, and achieves sensitiveness analysis, optimization design of the structure and the post processing of the FEM model and so on. After optimized calculate, lighten weight of parametric modeling,increase security and dependability of excavator design. ⑤Created a CAD system to colligate optimizing a kinematics and dynamics on hydraulic excavator's parametric modeling. Build a developed flat on object oriented and accomplished designing process for analysis of dynamical and optimization for object oriented. |
