As a new displacement compressor, scroll compressor has characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, and high reliability. Compared with other types of compressors in many aspects, the performance of scroll compressor is more prominent for small displacement, low compression ratio. At present, it has been more and more widely applied, such as refrigeration and air conditioning, power engineering, and petrochemical industry, the research also more and more universal attention of scholars both abroad and at home. Scroll compressor is one of the main components of Natural gas boosting device, and the oil supply system provides a good sealing, lubrication and cooling and drop noise functions for scroll compressor. However, side effects will be produced when the volume insufficient or excessive in lubricant unit. Such as stirring or stockpile will be produced because lubricant excessive, thus the power consumption will be increased and the compression performance will be reduced.Oil flow is insufficient, friction pair heat generation cannot be timely away, can produce hot cracking, and cause leakage.But, so far, most of the researches focus on the influencing of oil spout on scroll compressor performance.Based on scroll compressor oil supply system, applied fluid mechanics, and lubrication theory, the flow distribution model of scroll compressor oil supply system was obtained ,and equivalent circuit method was used to simplified this distribution model. Flow pipe pressure drop mathematical model, oil quantity mathematical model, the centrifugal force and the spindle speed mathematical model were got by Bernoulli equation, and then the mathematical model of motor speed and pressure drop was established, the mathematical model of motor speed and oil consumption was set up also. The power consumption formula of scroll compressor internal lubricating system was deduced; resistance head of main auxiliary equipments were calculated, and the selection of Pressurization device machines and gear pump were calculated.With mechanical seal acting-ring and static-ring meshing surfaces of the friction between vice and seal mechanism as the foundation, the design formulas of main parameters of mechanical seal were given, and mathematical model of flushing dose was established. In order to simplifying calculation, the mathematical model of flushing dose and motor speed was established in the situation of low speed and heat transferred from side bearing and generated by stirring of sealing element and fluid was ignored, and different algorithms of mechanical seal heat generation were gived.According to relevant mathematical models, simulation experiments were carried out based on Simulink. The simulation results of second cycle oil-way was in accordance with the experiment results in the main, and this verified the correctness and feasibility of the established mathematical model of the second cycle oil-way pressure drop and motor speed, and oil consumption of first cycle oil-way was in accordance with the simulation results.It will provide theoretical basis to oil supply of scroll compressor.By simulation results as the theory basis for the oil supply system design, control plan, experimental plan, this paper put forward the prospects for the follow-up work, make the scroll compressor performance to further improve, it has the the certain reference value in intelligent development direction of scroll compressor oil system.
