| Scroll compressor is a new type compressor that is developed recently. It has characteristics of high efficiency, consuming little energy, working smoothly, low noise, small size, light weight and compact structure. Scroll compressor has the advantage of reciprocating type as well as rolling pistion type compressor. So it is becoming a hot research topic of local and foreign compressor industry. However, the design of scroll compressor is still based on experience. The cycle of design is long, the precision is low and the parameters are not easy to determine.In order to improve the efficiency of design, breaking the foreign forestallment of theories and technologies, in this paper, the working process of scroll compressor is studied in detail, including a new method of constructing scroll profile, parameters optimization, meshing analysis and dynamic characters analysis.After the studying and analysis for scroll compressor, as a project of province class(No:7520), a new type of extend modified academic scroll profile base on three basic circle is presented and apply for the a national inventional patent(appliction number of the patent:200410022526.6). A whole geometric theory for the scroll chamber working process is setted up. Dayamic study is processed. Back-pressure and the positions of back-pressure hole and the principle and theoretical positions of the discharge ports were presented. We developed a CAD system for scroll compressor. After this paper's studying, we can solve this question quickly and exactness.5) Based on the new scroll profile, through the detail mathematical analysis, the principle and theoretical positions of the discharge ports is presented.
