The topics to copper auto-packing production line for the study, for its many hydraulic actuators, complex working condition, large load random change and low efficiency, in the premise of ensuring the system functions, to improve the operation of power system, to reduce the installed power made possible the transformation program.This paper describes the first automated packaging line copper function and status of the hydraulic system, discusses the domestic and international overview of the development of hydraulic energy-saving technologies, defined its purpose and significance of energy saving. After this detailed analysis of the copper automated packaging line form of the energy loss of hydraulic system. Caused by different reasons for energy loss analysis and comparison of the advanced technology and sophisticated hydraulic energy of the hydraulic system with its own characteristics, identified four energy-saving programs: The accumulator rehabilitation programs, rehabilitation programs apply constant pressure variable pump hydraulic subsystem rehabilitation programs, application load-sensitive transformation program.Secondly, copper packing process in accordance with the principle of various rehabilitation programs, automatic packaging line for copper has been redesigned hydraulic system. Accumulator energy saving achieved by copper-based automated packaging line accumulator hydraulic system to constant pressure variable pump-based automatic packaging production line copper constant pressure pump control hydraulic system, pump-based quantitative copper packaging production line of hydraulic valves control sub-load sensitive hydraulic system as well as technology-based packaging line load-sensitive copper hydraulic control system. Program transformation and analysis of the results of these comparisons, packaging lines derived copper load sensing hydraulic control system for optimum energy efficiency programs.Finally, simulation studies on the optimal solution, the establishment of load sensing pumps, hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors and other hydraulic components of the mathematical model and its response is analyzed. After the application software to load sensing control AMESim multi-actuator system simulation analysis, simulation results show that: The load-sensing hydraulic system control can be achieved with the load pressure and flow pressure and flow required to match the real-time, lower copper hydraulic automatic packaging production line operation of the system power, to achieve the same high-power energy-saving purposes and for the implementation of components of the hydraulic system and more energy-saving basis.
