With the development of urban construction and sanitation,road sweepers are widely used in the city.At present,most sweepers in the market are driven by dual engines,but there are many disadvantages,such as low power efficiency,high fuel consumption and large exhaust emissions,which make the limitations of this kind of sweepers more and more obvious.However,some other types of sweepers are expensive or not suitable for road sweeping in China.Therefore,the research on energy-saving single engine road sweepers has a great practical significance.In this paper,the 9m~3 energy-saving single-engine road sweepers are studied.Combined with the operation characteristics and requirements of the road sweepers,the overall scheme is put forward to be used in the mechanical/hydraulic switching driver in the driving system and the load-sensitive hydraulic system in the sweeping system.The mechanical transmission is adopted under the transfer transportation condition,the hydraulic transmission is adopted under the cleaning working condition,and the power switching box is designed,which solves the power interruption,the driving system and the working device which are easy to occur in the design of the single-engine cleaning vehicle,and other key issues.The driving hydraulic system of the sweeping vehicle,the load-sensitive hydraulic system of the working device and the auxiliary hydraulic system of the working device is designed.The schematic diagram of the hydraulic system is given,and the working principle of the system is explained.The load is sensitive to the driving hydraulic system and the working device.The system and the operating device auxiliary hydraulic system carried out the parameter matching calculation and the selection and checking of the main components.The key operating technology of the designed cleaning vehicle was studied,and the driving control,working device control and machine energy saving control algorithm were given.And the software and hardware of the control system was designed.
