| This paper takes Beijing as an example, summarizing the shortage through an analysis on the landscape-protection aspect of China's and Beijing's landscape laws, then leads up to the necessity and possibility of formulating the landscape-protecting laws in Beijing. The discussion of possibility concludes the frame, content and system of landscape-protecting laws in Beijing, to execute a purpose that China's landscape-protecting laws could be formulated and carried out smoothly in the future.
