With the rapid development of social economy and people's living level increasing enhancement, the personal quantity in driving fast growth, city motor vehicle quantities increase rapidly, parking problem increasingly prominent. On the one hand performance for parking supply can not meet the parking demand; On the other hand parking space still exists, the efficiency is low. "Parking difficulty" has become the impact of urban traffic sustainable development "bottleneck". Parking problem solutions can be divided into three groups: one is to expand the supply of parking facilities; the second is for parking demand management; thirdly is to improve the utilization rate of existing parking facilities. From recent practicalities, most of our cities should be to expand parking facilities supply, but improve parking facilities capacity will be a slow process of gradual done. In a short time can't dramatically improve parking facilities under the premise of capacity, using scientific means to promote the utilization rate of parking facilities to meet the growing needs, it's a inevitably choice to solve the city parking problem.This paper focuses on the parking guidance system technical solutions research from the view of improving the utilization ratio.
