At present, the brushless DC motor plays an important role in the domain of industry transmission. Because the brushless DC motor not only has a series of AC motors'advantages, such as simple in structure, reliable operation, convenience to maintain and so on, but also has a lot of DC motors'traits of high operating efficiency, small volume and excellent speed adjusting performance.Because of the fast development of the science and technology, especially the fast development of the power electronics, control theory, detection technology and digital signal processing technology, the control of brushless DC motor also has developed a lot. More and more digital control systems have replaced the traditional analog control systems, and the controllers become more and more intelligent. The main point of this project is to research the digital control system of brushless DC motor.Based on the three closed loop control structure of the brushless DC motor, this paper discusses the current loop controller and studies the tracking control performance. The advantages and disadvantages of the traditional PI controller are analyzed and the control algorithm is proposed based on the deconvolution, then a simulation model of the current closed-loop system on the SIMULINK in MATLAB is built, by comparing the results between the traditional PI controller and the deconvolution algorithms, it is shown that the proposed controller in this paper has better tracking control performance.
