Along with the ferventness of Low-carbon economy and Smart Grid, the Distributed Generation technology, which exploiting clean energy (wind energy,solar power,small hydro, etc) gains rapid development and extensive use. While due to its flexibility, randomness, it is mainly merging into distribution network, Distributed Generation serverely affects traditional relay protection of distribution network, such as less sensitivity, false tripping or even failure to operate. Therefore, the thesis advances a new thinking of zone protection distribution network with Distributed Generator, as well as the fullfilhnent of zone protection distribution network based on Multi-Agent technology under the circumstances that inflexibility and weakness that happened in the domestic great power system, while the rapid development enables Distributed Generation to serve to supplement for some degree; The thesis states current situation of Distributed Generation technology nationally and internationally, its enormous influence brought to traditional rely protection of distribution network after merge into distribution network; Analyses solutions to the protection problem as well as their respective advantages and disadvantages. According to Agent technology's characteristics, the thesis puts forward the thought to use Multi-Agent solving such problems, Giving a new switch optimization scheme to distribution network with Distributed Generator, called Load equilibrium zoning methods, furtherly a new zone protection scheme proposed to the switch optimization, where introduces a method of fault isolation and procedure of power restoration after distributed network's malfunction, which, after example comparative analysis, approved to be an excellent way featured by high efficiency, extensively recovered power-supply and high utilization of distributed power. The thesis not only demonstrates the characteristics of Multi-Agent technology, presents the research status and application perspective under Power System, but also explicitly discussed zone protection system's architecture, Agent module and pattern design of communication&collaboration. By means of example comparative analysis of its collaborative and action logic process, Multi-Agent protection system is approved much practical and feasible.
