Research On The Oxidation Processing Fixture For Capacitor Based On Virtual Manufacturing Technology

The oxidation processing fixture for capacitor which is an important part of capacitor production equipment has always received the attention of researchers. It can resume the capacitor's original good quality characteristics by repairing the oxidation membrane, and its structure design has direct impact on the normal use of the capacitor, so it is necessary to make reasonable design for the structure of oxidation processing fixture for capacitor.The Virtual Manufacturing Technology is a key technology for modern mechanical design. In this paper, we introduce it into the design for the structure of fixture, which not only reduce the development costs, shorten the developing periods of product, but also improve products'performance and enhance products'competition.In this paper, mechanics model of fixture structure is firstly created by the working principle of fixture, the stress of fixture parts and the phenomenon of capacitor loose are also analyzed by the mechanics model. Then the entity model of fixture parts are established by Pro/E, on this basis, virtual assembly and interference checking are completed. After that, the entity model of fixture is imported into the ADAMS via Mech/Pro interface, and the virtual prototype of the fixture is established in the ADAMS, besides, its simulation gets some key data about each hinge joints. At last the key fixture parts models are imported into ANSYS successfully. At the same time inherent frequency and vibration mode of the fixture parts modal are obtained via modal analysis, all these can form the foundation for the improvement and optimization of fixture structure.The reseach shows that introducing Virtual Manufacturing Technology can find the underlying problems just during products design,not only prove the succcssful rate of the design but also shorten the design cyele of new products.
