During the modern large enterprise the requirement of automation and informatization production continuously improved,therefore,the automatic control system is becoming more and more important.Automatic control system fault diagnosis has high social value and economic value,so the automatic control system fault diagnosis has become the key to production safety,the fault find,repair and anticipation will help improve production efficiency and product pass rate.In this paper,Wincc as the upper computer and the automated production line monitoring system as the research object.Using the fault tree analysis of fuzzy fault tree analysis and dynamic fault tree analysis to searching,classification and analysis the software,hardware and related equipment fault information of the monitoring system.Introduced the composition of monitoring system,the relationship and influence in function modules.Researched the cause of the fault and the feasibility of fault tree analysis.Second, learn more theory knowledge about fuzzy and dynamic analysis, detailed understanding of using two methods of calculation steps in fault diagnosis. First: Using Fuzzy fault tree analysis on the static fault tree qualitative and quantitative processing, using experts estimation analysis method to calculate the probability of bottom event. Obtained the importance through quantitative analysis which reflects contribution of the bottom event to the top event. Dynamic fault tree analysis for the monitoring system treatment the dynamic sub-tree by Markov (Markov) chain, obtained qualitative and quantitative results. Second: integrated treatment the two analysis method in order to find out the importance of monitoring system fault , get the system failure impact between system software, hardware and other equipment fault. Finally,from the diagnosis results find the weaknesses of the monitoring system,and the probability of fault,and severe degree of the system.Eventually show that fault diagnosis applications in the complex automated control system,fuzzy and dynamic fault tree analysis method combines has the good effect.
