In the field of maintenance of plants'equipments, predictive maintenance is a new comprehensive technology in the recent ten years.Turbine,boiler and other equipments is the key equipments of the plant's producting. The monitoring technology is now fairly complete, the reliability is high.Some turbine auxiliaries such as a small turbine,induced fan,force fan offen made the unplanned plant downtime and is the weak link of plant equipment condition monitoring. Therefore, to ensure the safe operation of auxiliary equipment, plant condition monitoring work carried out for the power plant to optimize the maintenance of the equipment is very important.The system that the on line condition monitoring and predictive maintenance of turbine and auxiliary designed in this paper can monitor the operating status of turbine generator and auxiliaries simultaneously.When monitor the auxiliaries,it has not to increase the running time of auxiliary speed sensor,using the turbine's key phase and saving the hardware's costs.The system makes full use of existing TSI system.The TSI system gathering vibration and speed information from the turbine and auxiliary then store in the sensor buffer interface temporary.The data that collect on data-collect computer is formed into many UDP packs according to UDP packet.Then these packs are sent to the data-analyze computer one-way broadcast.The data-analyze computer in accordance with the inverse of the data package on the data-collect computer,the data that after treatment stored as real time files and historical files.These provides the convenience of equipment overhaul and breakdown diagnosis.In data processing,the auxiliary eauipments'operating status are independent of each other,and not synchronized with the turbine'key phase.That is ,when the turbine sampling whole cycle otherwise the auxiliary corresponding sample data is not necessarily for the entire period. In order to get vibration and speed information of auxiliary relatively accurate,the system made a series of data processing.Fist,the collected data on the anxiliary were cut off and retentinon complete cycle part,then parabola interpolation on the remain part,finally,a FFT has been runing .After all of these ,we can get a more accurate device information for the auxiliary equipment.Each funciton of this system has been basically completed and has the high practical value for regarding enhances the plant's economic efficiency.
