Hydropower is a clean,low-carbon,flexible and renewable energy source with remarkable economic,social and ecological benefits.After years of development,China’s installed hydropower capacity and annual power generation have reached the leading position in the world,and the construction of hydropower stations is in full swing.Traditional equipment maintenance methods can no longer meet the needs of hydroelectric equipment maintenance and maintenance.The condition maintenance technology based on equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis can solve this problem well.Data acquisition is an extremely important step to complete equipment condition maintenance.Its basic function is to collect all kinds of signals generated during the operation of hydropower units in real time.The hydraulic turbine speed regulation system is an important control equipment to ensure the stable,safe and efficient operation of hydropower station units.The main research objective of this paper is to design a data acquisition system used to complete the maintenance of hydraulic turbine speed regulation system equipment.In this paper,a multi-function data acquisition system based on DSP F28335 is designed and developed by comparing various data acquisition schemes according to the operation characteristics of the turbine speed regulation system.In the process of system development,the multi-channel,high-precision ADC analog-to-digital converter combined with front-end conditioning circuit makes the system can measure both voltage signal and current signal.The frequency input circuit is designed using the ECAP module of DSP processor to realize the accurate acquisition of frequency signals.FPGA is used to extend the I/O interface of DSP processor to realize the accurate measurement of multi-channel switching signal.In addition,the system can output multi-channel analog signal,frequency signal and switching signal as the turbine speed regulation system actuator excitation signal.By comparing and analyzing the common wired and wireless communication methods in a variety of industrial systems and combining the data transmission speed and real-time requirements of the acquisition system,this paper uses ALK8266 WIFI module based on the high-speed serial synchronous peripheral interface SPI to realize the wireless remote data transmission function between the system and the upper computer.In this article,the design of analog signal acquisition and output module,frequency signal acquisition and output module is tested.According to the analysis of the test results,the system can collect all kinds of signals in the process of running the turbine speed regulation system in real time,and can output the same type of signals for external use,which can be qualified for the state maintenance of the turbine speed regulation system.
