The Study On The Reasonable Form Construction Of The Fuzhou Urban Rivers And Lakes Water System

Throughout history, the urban water systems play an important role in the formation and development of the city, shaping a harmonious relationship between the water and city. In recent years, a series of water problems were followed with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, such as water pollution,water landfill,straight river and so on. These problems press for further research in order to facilitate the construction of the urban water system. Experts home and abroad have just done some studies on linear city river or blob-shaped lake and reservoir which are one-sided. It is required to build a systemic and reasonable planning and design viewed from the whole urban water system standpoint.City of Fuzhou as the type of the southern cities with rivers networks, was studied to explore the reasonable water form and conduct the other cities in this paper. In the base of the existing research and the actual condition of Fuzhou city, some reasonable tactics were proposed by surveying the water system of Fuzhou city which from ancient times until now. The main researches in this paper as followed:(1)The relevant theories and practices about the rebuilding and planning of rivers were analyzed. It was showed that our society had paid more and more attention to the urban water system in the city, but seldom as the leading one. There still exist a lot of no-perfect parts about the theory system.(2)This paper carried out in-depth study on the rivers and lakes systems of Fuzhou in different periods, Investigated and analyzed the urban water system historical variance of Fuzhou from the Han Dynasty until now, and then discussed the reasonable water system of Fuzhou city in the ideal period of the urban water environment.(3)This paper analyzed and summed up the actualities of Fuzhou city in modern time, and combed the water system patterns, at the same time presented some problems in today's Fuzhou urban water system such as: the flood drainage capacity was weakness, the ecological functions declined, worse continuity of tradition, inadequate and monotonous in Landscape development, poverty of urban waterfront of life , weak overall image and so on.(4)The strategies to construct reasonable urban water system of Fuzhou city were proposed from five aspects as followed: meeting the basis requirements of city,ensured the urban ecology,protection of history and culture, promotion of the city image and construction of urban leisure.
