Research On Security Strategies Of Wushihua Owned Thermal Power Plant

With the growing demand for electric power of our country, many thermal power plants come into being everywhere, which therefore bring about a lot of power-production-related security accidents that have straight impacts on the production and life at many places.On the ground of detailed analysis on the procedure of power production and accidents, this essay makes an emphasis on men's unsafe behavior, objects'unsafe state and supervision of safe production during the security administration of our plant.This essay firstly has a look back on the accident causation theories, and combines these theories with the real problems of power production, to draw out some suitable theories for the analysis of Wushihua owned thermal plant. Then, according to the accidents happened in our plant and comparing with the general factors of industry accidents, this essay draws a conclusion that all the accidents'reasons could be generalized as men's unsafe behavior, objects' unsafe state and supervision of safe production with the use of accident causation theories. At the same time, with the use of safety system theory, this essay also makes a questionnaire on the analysis of harmful elements of Wushihua owned plant and invents the matrix grading method of safety status.In the fourth chapter, this essay comes up with some methods respectively for the three main reasons mentioned above. As to the men's unsafe behavior, this essay considers the problem from three aspects:the first is to improve the training system, the second is to ameliorate the administration system, the third is to adopt some new technologies. In terms of safety administration, this essay proposes the conception and method of safety rating and a preliminary suggestion of building an atmosphere of safety culture.Thus, this essay well takes into consideration the three main reasons of Wushihua owned power plant and takes some measurements on men's unsafe behavior, objects'unsafe state and supervision of safe production. The low rate of the accidents in 2010 reveals that the methods taken by this essay are effective.
