There has been barely any research and experiment on taking lightweight foam cement flurry as a filling material in grouting engineering so far. With an appropriate choice of vesicant and foam stabilizing agent, as well as the adoption of the reasonable experiment approach, the foam cement flurry material can be produced which boasts stability, a low cost and light weight. The thesis also does some comprehensive research on experiment equipment, the choice of vesicant and foam stabilizing agent, operation approaches, designing of the orthogonal experiment and stability of the experiment.Waring-blender methods are adopted while deciding on the efficiency of vesicant, when a new type of measuring device on foaming capacity is designed. A set of equipment for producing lightweight foam cement flurry is made to facilitate indoor experiment. During the process of choosing vesicant and foam stabilizing agent, the first step is to test their respective efficiency in clean water, thus those with a higher efficiency can be picked out;the next procedure falls on a comparison between figures about their stone density and stone rate measured by the orthogonal experiment so as to make a surer choice as to which vesicant and foam stabilizing agent to apply. With air intake set as an invariable first, the order of adding different experiment materials is constantly changed with a constant proportion of parameters;hence the most desirable procedures in experiment can be guaranteed. The experiment that follows is to change the quantity of air intake and come to a rational amount per minute. Two rounds of orthogonal experiments are afterwards designed to conduct a range analysis on stone density and stone rate, two crucial experiment indicators. Thereafter the best proportion of producing lightweight foam cement flurry is worked out. Stability research, the adjustment of the temperature and the quality of cement, to name just a few, is also performed to evaluate the stability of the experiment as well as the potential influencing factors.
