Along with our country reform and the implementation of building energyconservation policy of wall materials,development and application of energy-savingbuilding materials received widespread attention.The fly ash foamed concrete can not onlysave cement and use industrial waste. It has a good thermal performance and soundinsulation of lightweight characteristics. It is the optimal choice of lightweight partitionwall materials.And around the design of mix proportion and microstructure for thefollowing research work:(1)Foam concrete for performance analysis,based on the theoretical research carriedout admixture and raw single factor experiment,the optimum dosage of admixture obtained.And the raw single on dry apparent density foam concrete,28-day compressive strength, aswell as the impact of water absorption curve have been drew out. The images obtained bythe single factor of the best raw materials range have also been analyzed.(2) It considers various factors affect the performance of the fly ash foamedconcrete,.Through the orthogonal experiment, dry apparent density,28days compressivestrength and water absorption have been analyzed. It is concluded that the main factorsinfluencing the strength of foam concrete, and finally obtain the best mixture ratio of thefoam concrete.(3)Through the determination of thermal conductivity of the dry apparent densityand foam concrete insulation performance. The results showed that: with the dry apparentdensity decreases, heat conduction coefficient decreases, improve the insulation ability;increase the amount of fly ash, reducing heat conductivity coefficient.(4)The microstructure was observed by scanning electron microscopy of foamconcrete, calculated the change of the fractal dimension which are caused by fly ash andfoaming agent change. Analysis of the relationship between fractal dimension and theapparent density, compressive strength of28days. The test results show that: with theincrease of fly ash and foaming agent dosage, the fractal dimension increases, the apparentdensity decreases, reduce28day compressive strength.After the above research, we obtain the convenient preparation, low density, highstrength, good thermal insulating properties of foam concrete wall materials.And thepreparation under the new foaming process of foamed concrete microstructure carried on the thorough analysis.
