System And Application Of The Product Form Image Repository Based On Web

Product Form design is the process of creative design or optimization of product' shape, color, matieral, maps (or optimization) and other elements to meet several requirements, which plays a very important role in modern product innovation and development process. It covers design arts, cognitive psychology, artificial intelligence, engineering sciences, human-machine engineering and other related sciences, including abstract thinking and logical thinking. Thus, the subject of digital cad product design system integrated with these technologies becomes one of the new hot spot in design reasearch field.Based on the analysis of the status of computer-aided industrial product design and case inference (CBR),this paper builds the product modeling system frameworkand and the product modeling elements (shape, color, matieral, maps, etc.) information database system. Based on the product design elements of the image information by using the reasearch of perceptual engineering and cognitive psychology, this paper constructs the product user image evaluation model of the product form. This paper makes some factor analysis and principal component analysis to the evaluation value of the image sample, and discusses the method of building the product form image space by using the results. This paper proposes an product form image information database system by using ASP, SQL Server, Dreamveaver technology or software which can collect image evaluation value of the product form elements. This paper uses factor analysis and principal component analysis to manipulate the image value data, in order to build the product form image space of specific form element. After the analysis of these product form elements,product overall form and the users'semantics data of product image, this paper establishs the corresponding BP network, and makes it as the genetic algorithm fitness function. To get the classic product, this paper optimizes the product cases. This paper uses electrombile innovative design as an example to illustrate this system operation mode, proposes a method of decomposing electrombile form into the four elements as outline, component, connection and detail, and gives the representation of electrombile morphological features line, then build up the form element sample library, and also the other three electrombile' form element:color, material and maps. By using the example of electric car design, This paper shows that the development of the product form image information database system is available.
