Pavement maintenance is the continuation of highways construction, and it's also the focus of highway career currently henceforth. According to the situation of the asphalt pavement maintenance and management, and the problems of expanding the multi-function maintenance truck on the low-grade asphalt pavement, this thesis presents a more reasonable optimization solution of the configuration for the low-grade asphalt pavement multi-function maintenance truck from the technical economy.The thesis analyses the common diseases and causes of the asphalt pavement and various maintenance repairing process are discussed. According to the actual research, the maintenance management system and situation of the low-grade asphalt pavement is analyzed. By the conditions of the current mechanization configuration and the demand, the thesis points out it's the leading and necessity that the asphalt pavement multi-function maintenance truck is applied in mechanization of maintenance. Based on the studies of the technical performance and configuration of the domestic asphalt pavement multi-function maintenance truck, the thesis discusses the technical performance of the low-grade asphalt pavement multi-function maintenance truck from the aspects as functional configuration, road heating device, heating and thermal insulation system of asphalt and asphalt mixture.Based on the various studies, this thesis proposes a kind of building block, modularity collocation method for the low-grade asphalt pavement multi-function maintenance truck, and designed three different levels of scheme, which proposes a design method of reheating for the asphalt and asphalt mixture heating and thermal insulation modules. As the technical economy analysis of the low-grade asphalt pavement multi-function maintenance truck belongs to multi-objective synthesis evaluation, according to the diseases of low-grade asphalt pavement, maintenance techniques, configuration of maintenance truck, repair performance and many other aspects, and based on the grey relation projection method the technical economy model for the low-grade asphalt pavement multi-function maintenance truck is set up, which make the different schemes of multi-objective decision-making between comparative research realized and the comprehensive performance of three schemes verified.Through the optimized allocation of research and technical economy analysis, the thesis provides reliable foundation for the reasonable allocation of the low-grade asphalt pavement multi-function maintenance truck, especially the module configuration is benefit to the seriation, standardization and diversification of the multi-function maintenance truck, and also to the extension of the low-grade asphalt pavement maintenance mechanization.
