Fuze high-g pulse width property test system is specially developed to satisfy for the requests of military industry,and it mainly used in testing impact resistance of the fuze. The system consists of mechanical parts and electric controlling part ,and the design of electrical part mainly in order to realize the testing process automation,secure, high efficiency,and improve the detection range of impact resistance of the fuze, while sticking to the principle of safety and efficiency principle. This system uses threephasa motor to drive loading,and uses frequency transformer to control motor and adjust speed to the designated vaule,providing motive force for system by this way. Fuze is pushed to the appointed place according to the specified path by controling PLC and IPC to wait for hitting.This dissertation analyse load characteristic of speed regulation system at first,and point out relevant scheme.Then the cut-in process of High-g fuse testing system is studied deeply and the time of all the steps in the cut-in process is tested,and analyzing the error,calculatiing and putting forward a control algorithm which can make the testing fuse reach the specified location safely, and which improve the reliability and safety of High-g fuse testing system.At the same time, according to relevant technical indexes and the quests of controling of High-g fuse testing system, the design process of hardwire and the design idea of soft is provided,whch is provided,which makes the system impact acceleration test scope extended to nearly 10,0000g and provides test equipment for high acceleration impact test.
