With the development of modernized large-scale production and processing, enterprises are paying attention to working ability of manufacturing equipment. At the same time, production logistics potential is also continuous probed to improve the overall efficiency of production applications systems.The automated storage and retrieval warehouse enables enterprises to greatly enhance the speed of production logistics, and the efficiency of the stacker as the AS/AR warehouse core logistics equipment directly affects the operational efficiency and economic performance of AS/AR warehouse.In this paper, the Research object was a double mast Stacker crane made by SINSONG Robot & Automation Co.Ltd. The paper analyzed the factors that have impact on horizontal speed and acceleration of stacker on the roadway and described the stacker horizontal moving device and the wheel-rail adhesion coefficient that have impact on the horizontal speed of stacker. By finite element analysis software on the track and wheels for rolling friction contact friction analysis, the device can improve the speed and acceleration of stacker.The paper established a virtual prototype of the stacker by three-dimensional software. Vibration and noise are reduced through simulation and actual operating experience. When the high acceleration & high speed stacker was running, deflection and amplitude of the column, the structure dynamic and fatigue strength of the cargo platform and fork deflection were calculated and analyzed by finite element software ANSYS and Matlab. Simulation analysis results verified whether they meet the requirements of design specifications of high acceleration & high speed stacker. Optimization of its structure was improved by software.To meet the operation requirements of high acceleration & high speed stackers, the paper established the control system, including control system functional requirements, the use of hardware, detection and communication methods. It identified the stacker control mode and control algorithms. The paper designed multi-mode of fuzzy PID speed controller by fuzzy control theory. The controller used speed fuzzy PID conformity when the stacker was running for accelerated .The controller used conventional PI conformity when the stacker was at run time. The controller used position fuzzy PID conformity when the stacker was running in the deceleration position. The speed controller was analyzed by Matlab software and the experiment system.The paper aims to provide the basic design for the high acceleration & high speed stackers system, and provide analysis methods of the high-stacker to improve the efficiency of storage so that the research have important social and economic significance.
