Rail vehicle in motion is a very complex multi-degree of freedom vibration system, goods loaded in vehicles will be complex role forces in different directions. Among them, the longitudinal inertia force which roles on the goods is the important factor to the stability of goods loading, causing the goods vertical traverse, collapse, overturning and even a direct threat to safety of the railway and goods integrity.At present, the standard of longitudinal inertial force of goods is determined through a large number of experiments. For specific goods, standard of longitudinal inertial force can be used for the longitudinal reinforcement intensity of goods, the standard can be adopted. For some specific goods which the standard is too strict with, such as increasing the cushioning material or device, is still mainly determined by actual test. The study of new strengthening materials or devices, as assessment of its feasibility, also need a lot of the actual test. Only using the actual test methods, it needs many experimental programs, high cost, long cycle, and also requires a lot of manpower, materials, financial resources and time. The use of simulation before the actual test can greatly reduce the number of experimental programs, shorten the research cycle and reduce testing costs.In this thesis, the longitudinal inertial force of rail freight is studied by computer simulation under the impact conditions, which is based on the existing theory of railway freight loading and strengthening. Factors of longitudinal inertia force are analyzed, such as the coupling speed of freight train, the weight of freight train, the loading weight, the type of buffer and the rigid or flexible reinforcement of goods. By using the 3D graphics software of Solidworks and dynamic simulation software ADAMS, impact test simulation models were established and optimized. The parameters of established models are modified according to the "the value of force test", and then the impact tests are simulated. The simulation data and "the value of force test" data are compared to verify the reasonableness of the impact test simulation model. Finally, well-established experimental model was used for the impact test simulation of the 70t class truck full of goods as the impact car. It verifies the 70t class truck full of goods as the impact car, the current Regulations on Loading and Securing of Railway Goods in the reinforcement for rigid and flexible goods under the conditions of the longitudinal reinforcement calculation of the standard inertial force should be increased by 8.76% and 9.80%.
