The railway freight loading and reinforcement is an important part of the railway transportation organization. The quality of freight loading and reinforcement directly affects the safety of railway transportation. As the scale of the rapid development of railway network, the more freight is sent by rail, the higher request is needed. To ensure the safety of the freight and traffic, improve the level of freight transportation management and enhance the competitiveness of railway freight transport market, it is necessary to do a comprehensive research on the examination and approval, automatic generation, safety verification and information management of freight loading and reinforcement. So development of web-based, resource sharing and efficiently communicated railway freight loading and reinforcement management information system is of practical value.The thesis has constructed three-layer network structure which is for Railway Administration, Railway Train Operation Depot-Central Station and Railway Station considering the business processes and technical conditions of the freight loading and enforcement, and on the basis of it a detailed analysis and design is given. Then the thesis has analyzed the characters of loading and enforcement cases with the similarity theory, constructed loading and enforcement case template model and case matter-element model, designed the database structure, and given the concrete expression means and saving method. Furthermore the thesis has put forward the calculated method how to calculate similar freight loading and enforcement case based on case-reasoning algorithm, adopted pre-search, advance search and main search to implement plan decision and showed specific example. At last the thesis uses the Java web programming technology, adopts both Struts and Hibernate architecture to develop the railway freight loading and reinforcement management information system. |
