With the freight volume growing, the volume of railway freight continues to grow inrecent years, but the proportion of railway freight volume is getting smaller and smaller in thetotal freight volume, which leads to the dominance of the railway to be affected severely. It isa serious problem to solve that how to make rail freight regain the dominant position in thetotal freight volume. Now the types of the variety of goods is more and more complex, so itsuffer the increscent effects in transit, and It makes difficulty in loading and reinforcement forthe cargo greater. The exceptional dimension freight is large equipment what often relates tothe national economic construction and national defense construction. If the transportationappears the problems, the Exceptional Dimension Freight will cause the inestimable impactfor the country and the railways. The thesis analyses the loading and reinforcement aboutexceptional dimension freight and develops reinforce the3D dynamic simulation systemabout the exceptional dimension freight based on the literatures at home and abroad. It has animportant practical significance for the loading and reinforcement in the railroad cargos.Firstly, the thesis introduces the research background and the overseas and domesticresearch status about the exceptional dimension Freight. It describes the significance indeveloping the system, and then it starts with the factors on the loading reinforcement schemefor the exceptional dimension freight and analyses all the factors particularly. It sets thereasonable the loading scheme and the strengthening scheme. The thesis considers the security,economy and fast factors which affect the transport Freight Transport based on the principlesin constructing the evaluation system. It selects the six factors which are crucial for theloading reinforcement scheme as the evaluation index. The thesis introduces some evaluationmethods and chooses the grey correlativity analysis as the evaluating method. It gives theweight for each index in expert consultation and establishes the scientific and perfectevaluation system based on the grey correlativity analysis, which can select the best scenario.It introduces particularly C#, OpenGL and3dsMax, and it analyses their advantages anddisadvantages. Finally, it combines the three methods to structure reinforce the3D dynamicsimulation system about the exceptional dimension freight. The system uses OpenGL and3dsMax to complete drawing and control about the3D models.It draws a three-dimensionalmodel in3ds Max and converts the OpenGL data file in the converting tools, and it completesOpenGL3D model in the call by the interface program of C#at last. The thesis takes thethree-dimensional model about the N60flatcar as an example to summarize the process in athree-dimensional model from the production about the model to the addition about thematerials and the creation process rendered finally. It adopts the method that is theoreticalcombined with the actual and describes the functional structures about various modules in reinforce the3d dynamic simulation system about the exceptional dimension freight detailedly.It explains the system in detail. Firstly, it should get the basic data about the freights to selectthe vehicle types and make the relevant load plan. Secondly, it should test the stability andmake the relevant reinforcement scheme to find out the optimal decision in comprehensiveevaluation system. It also carries through the three-dimensional simulation about the optimalloading reinforcement scheme and realizes the load securing a three-dimensional simulationin the entire process. Finally, the thesis takes the steel goods for example to solve the all kindof forces and the target value about the indicators in the different programs and evaluatessynthetically the loading reinforcement scheme. It selects the best scheme and simulates theoptimal loading reinforcing scheme about the exceptional dimension freight. It also stateseach function further about the system.
