Research On Comprehensive Evaluation Index System And Method Of URT Secondary Environment Impacts With The TOD Mode

In recent years, with the accelerated process of urbanization and urban expansion, the development model of TOD(Transit Oriented Development) has been applied to the urban rail transit more and more which connects the center of the city and the edge of the group, the downtown and the satellite towns.Urban rail transit (the next part of the "URT") improves regional accessibility and travel condition. Meanwhile it also brings a great secondary environment impacts for the city's economic, social, ecological environment which has both positive and negative impact. The form is external benefits. Therefore the analysis of environmental impact on the internal mechanism and the comprehensive evaltation of secondary environment impact under the TOD mode which have theoretical and practical significance properly guide the healthy development of urban rail transit.First, the paper analyses the factors of urban rail transit secondary environment impact based on the social, economic and ecological of the three aspects and builds a comprehensive, scientific reasonable comprehensive evaluation indicator system.Meanwhile the meaning of the indicators and calculation methods were specifically addressed.Secondly, the paper programs evaluation model to solve the evaluation of the model to improve efficiency. which is used in the evaluation model of comparative analysis, based on the urban rail combined with the characteristics of the secondary environmental impacts. It provides a gray and fuzzy theory based on an integrated assessment model, and through the MATLAB mathematical software.Finally, the paper used the second phase of Beijing Metro Line 6 Case as an empirical study. The results show that the proposed comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model of integrated urban rail impact assessment are valid in the secondary environmental.
