With the continuous improvement of living standards, people with increasingly high demand for low noise, thin and miniaturization motor servo drives, while the structure and size of the motor also has a higher requirement. Disc motor as short axial dimensions, shape is relatively flat, especially suitable for installation where space is strictly limited, so the disc motor has been widely used in many areas.The Disc motor of magnetic field analysis and calculation used the finite element method, it occupies a crucial role in the study of motor research, and it is the basis of the entire motor design and performance operation of the analysis. he disc motor rotor is parallel structure, so it is quite different with the traditional one.Systematically and completely analysis of motor performance using the view of field has a great advantage to the view of path.The thesis carry out research work by using Disk motor finite element analysis of electromagnetic field for the theme, it is on the basis of System Summary and engineering fields electromagnetic field theory numerical calculation, based on the engineering finite element analysis software Ansoft, This paper systematically summarized the fundamental principles and the development of electromagnetic field in the motor and engineering electromagnetic field and do plenty of calculations of magnetic field distribution of the model Disk motor。In this paper, the 3D modle of Disk motor was established and its Transient state performance was simulated by the magnetization curves obtained by finite element analysis, obtaining the actual current, flux density and coreloss and so on. At the same time, single stator and single rotor compare with double stator and single rotor, We can conclude that double stator single rotor is better than single stator and single rotor.From the simulate curves, we can conclude that the calculation results approached to the actual measure values so that the model disk motor in this paper was provided with highly precision。Furthermore, the above discussions provide precise and reliable analysis for the design of disk motor, verification of performance, steady state performance analysis, and remote control of the disk motor.
