Traffic safety is a worldwide problem. Compared with the developed countries, China's traffic accidents is particularly serious. Most of the road traffic accidents are caused by motor vehicle drivers'risky driving behavior. In order to develop the economy, China rapidly access into vehicle society, but the motor vehicle drivers especially private cars drivers have few experience about taking vehicles as a tool in daily life, they are lack of driving experience, there are all kinds of risk driving behavior, so understanding their risky driving behaviors and the causes is very important. This paper first introduced the drivers' driving behavior theory-driver risk driving behavior double factors structure-illegal and mistakes; we introduced driver behavior questionnaire survey to research Beijing drivers'risky driving behavior. We use factor analysis, ANOVA analysis and regression analysis dealing with the data. We drew the conclusion that a 5 factors of structure was established, violation includes emotional violations, dangerous violations and spontaneous illegal. Error includes inexperienced mistakes and inattention mistakes. Of course this 5 factors structure illustrated the driver driving behavior theory of double factors structure; it was the expedition of the double factors structure. Compared with the previous research, as age is not good prediction variable of risky driving behaviors, sex is still a important prediction variable. The driver's bicycle use experience and driving training have no significant correlations with risk driving habits. Driving experience is the main prediction variable for risky driving behaviors of drivers in Beijing. According to China's drivers'main risky driving behaviors and its prediction variables, advice and suggestions were provided from three aspects of engineering technology, laws and regulations and traffic education to control the driver risk driving behavior. We provided five figures, nine tables and seventy-three references.
