Research On Aberrant Driving Behavior Of Drivers In Baotou

In the situation of speedy economic development in the national economy,the economic strength of Baotou city is also rising,the amount of motor vehicles have increased year by year,the number of drivers have increased as well.With the increasing prosperity of urban road traffic,there are still lots of traffic accidents,which cause great losses to the country and the people.After investigation and study,most traffic accidents are caused by improper driving of drivers,so it is very important to carry out the research on driver’s improper driving.This study selected drivers whose deducted points over 12 in Baotou as object of investigation.The study used four scales related to improper driving of driving behavior,driving manner,driving skills and personality,which set up a questionnaire.Handing out the questionnaires to drivers in Baotou City driver training center to collect original data for analysis and research.Through factor analysis of the questionnaire,lots of subjectsofeach scale respectively have been restricted to form several comprehensive indexes,and the naming of the comprehensive indexes can make the analysisof driver’s improper driving behavior more clearly.Through the analysis of variance of the questionnaire,the paper analyzes the influence of the different personal attributes of the driver on the improper driving behavior,and finds out the key factors of the driver’s improper driving behavior.Through the analysis of cluster analysis of the four scales,the different characteristics of the crowd in driving behavior,driving attitude,driving technique and personality were obtained.The results of variance analysis showed that there were significant differences between male and female drivers in improper driving behavior.The male driversoldest,least educated usually have bad driving technology.Younger male drivers’ independence is of slightly worse,who have the lowest level of married and shortest driving experience.The youngestmale drivers who have longest driving time have problem in driving behavior and their driving attitude is not good.The youngest female drivers who havelongerdriving experience usually have bad independence.The oldest female drivers who have the longest driving experience have problem in driving behavior,driving attitude,driving technology and poor self-discipline.Female driverswho have younger age,the lowest education and shorter driving time area little unqualified.
