In the past twenty years, the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridges with a series of advantages have developed rapidly in our country. But since the service time of the new bridge in the practical projects is quite short, the design theory and related technical criterion still have many shortcomings, and with its span increasing, the construction problems are more distinctively, and the inear problem is priority. Thus, how to ensure that the bridge Linear problem is very important. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of the bridge and normal use, it is necessary to have some research to the linear problems of concrete filled steel tube arch bridges.This paper is based on the new railway to the Yellow River super major bridge, studying and discussing about the cable construction of lifting the concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge arch rib alignment of the problems, the main content and the results are as follows:(1) From the theory and practical analysis of CFST arch bridge arch axis of the selection of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge, introduced the arch rib installation technology, discusses the construction technology in the process of the development of the characteristics of various construction method and the problems they faced, and introduces the long-span concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge without stents hoisting jack cables tether buckle hang the construction features of the law;(2) Analysis the influence factors and the setting method of the concrete filled steel tube arch bridge arch rib the arch degrees, and combined with the engineering practice, contrast analysis of the arch of the application of setting method for the design and construction of the later reference;(3) By using finite element analysis software Midas/civil simulation big bridge into the Yellow River bridge construction process, and obtain the different construction stage in the deformation, for the actual arch degrees setting provide the reference;(4) Introduces the current several different clasp cable force calculation method, and have a detailed illustration to the calculation of rational hanger forces, at the conclusion of the strengths and weaknesses of the various calculation methods based on optimization calculation theory.
