In recent years, with the rapid development of traffic construction and increasing number of tunnels in China, Tunnel monitoring measurement as an important part of NATM has been widely used. On the basis of project of Fululing Tunnel in Guangxi, this paper studies the site monitor and data analysis. This tunnel monitoring measurement includes the compulsory measurement contents and the optional measurement contents. The basic principle of monitoring measurement, measurement requirements, data acquisition and analysis were studied in this paper. This paper also makes an analysis on deformation rules and stability for wall rock. Main conclusions are as follows:(1)The result which is from tunnel monitoring measurement show that the deformation of this tunnel is in the adequate range and the design of the supporting parameters is safe and feasible.(2)During the process of erection, wall rock's deformation monitoring is an important assistant method that it can understand the dynamic information and ensure construction safety. The time and space has an influence on wall rock's deformation that the vault sink and the surrounding convergence time and space effect curve of each section has a certain regularity. Wall rock deformation are mainly affected by the rock type, the rock mass structure, geostress and construction excavation method and bracing engineering measures and other factors.(3) According to the space curve of wall rock's deformation, we can know that the displacement release rate of vault crown settlement and convergence surrounding is 70% when the distance is twice of the hole diameter from environmental constraints, and the displacement release rate is 100% when the distance is thrice of the hole diameter, then wall rack has stabilized and the second lining can be applied.(4) Use a set in the early choices between and rock structure of pressure box can determine the pressure, namely between surrounding the choices of early pressure. A structure Maximum pressure measured 0.43 MPa.(5) According to the strength situation of I-beam and primary spray concrete, the primary support structure of Fululing Tunnel is calculated and analyzed with finite element method. The result shows that support structure and parameters applied in design are good alternatives. I-beam cannot bear the wall rock pressure without anchor arm and instability will occur. So it is necessary to anchor the wall rock after the excavation of tunnel face. The bearing force and the stability of wall rock are reinforced by anchor arms. In addition, landslide due to the dislocation of wall rock is prevented effectively.(6) By contrasting the calculated value and the measured value, we can know that their variation tendency is accordant and the deviation of numerical value is much less.Depending on all above studies, we can offer an important technical support for Fululing Tunnel and a reliable basis for other tunnel.
