With the development of the national economy,more and more highway tunnels are built in mountain areas,and many complicated engineering geological problems have also been encountered.How to effectively improve the safety management level of tunnel construction has become an important topic in the current tunnel construction management.This paper is based on the author's participation in construction of the Tangfeng 2nd-grade highway Mingyueshan Tunnel in Jiangbei District of Chongqing City.From the perspective of the tunnel Construction with New Austrian Tunneling Method Safety Technology Management,how to quickly analyze feedback to solve the instability and uncertainty of the surrounding rock;and From the perspective of tunnel construction safety behavior management,how to effectively solve the problem of human instability and the laxity of management,conduct analysis,sum up the relevant opinions and suggestions,in order to guide and refer to the construction of this project and similar projects.The main contents and research results include:(1)Study on Stability Monitoring of Surrounding Rock in Tunnel Construction with New Austrian Tunneling MethodRelying on the example of the Mingyueshan Tunnel Project,finite-element analysis and analogy methods were adopted,and timely and efficient proposals were made on the stability of the surrounding rock and the uncertainty of adverse geology from the aspects of monitoring measurement,advanced prediction,and hydraulic pressure resistance.Safe and feasible technical solutions guide the safe production of tunnels.(1)Monitoring and measurement: Based on the monitoring data of the Mingyueshan Tunnel,computer software calculates and comprehensively analyzes the changing trend of the surrounding rock and support system to determine the controllable and reasonable interval of the change of the surrounding rock and support system,.Selection of construction time for the secondary lining,providing scientific basis for discrimination;(2)Advance forecasting: Explain the forecasting methods and forecast results of various forecasting methods for the Mingyue Mountain Tunnel,and apply it to the dynamic design and construction of the Mingyueshan Tunnel,and provide an effective forecast feedback scheme;(3)Water pressure resistance safety check: Through checking several high hydraulic lining structures and combining with the hydrological monitoring data of the Mingyueshan tunnel,the rationality of the tunnel design parameters is determined to guide the dynamic design and construction;(2)Study on Construction Safety Management of Tunnel New Austrian Tunneling MethodStarting from the theory of safe production management,and based on the monitoring,forecasting,and anti-water pressure safety verification techniques,the safety of tunnel construction is guaranteed.Based on the analysis of the safety management of tunnel construction,due to human insecurity Behavioral factors,problems such as cutting corners and materials,falsifications,poor process convergence,and poor implementation of decision-making information,have been proposed to provide solutions that are of great significance.
