The construction technology of the overpass in China city has fallen behind and has long construction cycle, which causes traffic jam and environmental pollution at the same time. These have been a major problem which restricts the economic and social development. In order to speed up the bridge construction,relieve urban traffic jam,and reduce environmental pollution,the text puts forward a method of integral casting fabricated the abutment design scheme.The abutment can produce in factory and consolidate on-site,which has advantages of high construction speed and small environmental pollution.The text designs this kind of abutment structure according to the current bridge design specifications, calculates and analyses the abutment by ANSYS.And verifies the feasibility through theoretical calculation and analysis.The main research are described as following:(1) According to the current bridge design specifications of its initial design, the existing abutments were fabricated transformation and we verified the feasibility. (2) Using ANSYS abutment to analyze the construction of this phase and three-dimensional model using the phase of the analysis were established, and with the results calculated according to standard comparative analysis of standardized algorithm is applied. (3) conduct of this trial period abutment response spectrum analysis, and regulation under different fortification method were compared. (4) briefly discusses the structure of this bridge abutment construction methods.The conclusions are as following:(1) using the results of standardized methods feasible sets by structural reinforcement member body, abutment sufficient surplus capacity, the structure is not rational.(2) the construction stage, set body components, wing walls set body weight of the cap component of a controlling, arms pumping holes to take the body components to reduce weight, calculated by ANSYS analysis of small cap construction phase deformation, stress distribution uneven, the concrete strength of the local stress exceeds the design value; calculated using the results of ANSYS stage than the norm calculation results are basically small caps affected by the prestress, the local stress exceeds the concrete strength design value.(3) when the fortification was 7,8,9, ANSYS extracted seismic force and the ratio calculated according to specification 1.6, ANSYS calculated results large prestressed reinforcement stress are small, basically the failure, the body sets displacement is less than the use phase, with the fortification intensity increase, as multiple of increase.
