With the development of Wujiang multi-hub, which would built the transport network includ road, rail and waterway in Guizhou Province. This will greatly promote the development of logistics and transport. Also, increase new vitality to the local economy. However, how to effectively protect the efficiency and economy of the ship cargo systems so that it could show the real advantage of transportation. That's an important issue and we will take some discuss below.There are many negative factors such as the low level of channel, port and terminal facilities is not complete, the complexity of multi-hub, as well as the old and backward ships in local river, which make us faced many serious challenges about Wujiang ship cargo system for the efficiency and safety. How to give some scientific suggestions base on those indicators is the main contents in this paper.Here, on the one hand, we apply interval correlation function of matter element method for the multi-hub risk assessment. So could get the risk point of congestion and then modify some indicators. At last, give the positive improvements for the Wujiang efficiency ship system though the most optimal math. On the other hand, apply information entropy method with high safety entropy method for ship security assessment. And we know the most sereious factor is ship itself. So,we will give the suggestion about standardization of the ship.The research of this paper, which will benefit for the smooth, effcient and safety of Wujiang river transport.
