The continuous development of China's social economy has pushed the construction and operation of urban rail transit into an era of scale and networking.The increasingly complex urban transportation network has brought tremendous pressure on the risk management of urban rail transit.The urban rail transit station is the most important passenger service facility in the urban rail transit system.As a transfer station,it is also a collection point for multiple lines and an anchor point for the rail transit network.It is at the core of the urban rail transit system.The safety of urban rail transit station operation is an important guarantee for the operational safety of the entire urban rail transit system.At present,urban rail transit risk management has been changed from post-analysis to exante prevention.Therefore,it is possible to have a clear understanding and recognition of the risks existing in the operation of urban rail transit stations,and to assess the risk level of unsafe factors existing in urban rail trasit stations,which can help policy makers to have better perform risk management.Based on this,this article starts with analyzing the safety risk factors of urban rail transit station operation,and analyze the composition of risk factors including human factors,equipment and facilities factors,environmental factors and management factors.Based on the principles and procedures adopted in the evaluation index system,the composition of the urban rail transit station operation safety risk evaluation index system was determined.On the basis of the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process,using the comprehensive weighting method,the index weights of the metro station operation safety risk index system were determined.In the end,aiming at the deficiency of the traditional extension and matterelement evaluation model,an extension and matter-element evaluation model based on Delphi expert consultation method is proposed.Through on-the-spot investigation of Nanjing Subway Daxinggong Station,the data of risk evaluation indicators were obtained,and the results of risk assessment were obtained based on the survey data,which provided technical support for efficiently evaluating operational safety risks and improving the safety and reliability of subway station operations...
