Construction Stage Environmental Management Based On Construction Project Integrated Management Theory

At present,the material consumption of construction projects is great. Environmental pollution caused by construction activity is serious.Among the Chinese current researches in environmental management system of construction projects,construction stage of environmental management research is insufficient. Because environmental management in construction projects is multi-objectives multi-level environmental management process, the paper builds preliminary environmental management system of construction project in construction phase by construction project integrated management theory, that using integration thought in environmental management work of construction project in construction phase is new attempt of environmental management thoughts.First,the paper introduces environmental management connotation of construction projects of construction phas,target system of environmental management,environmental management legal system of construction projects.The paper illustrates the main environmental problems produced in construction project construction phase:energy consumption problem,material consumption problem,atmospheric pollution problem,soil and water pollution problem,noise pollution problem,solid waste pollution problem,light pollution problem,radioactive pollution problem.The second,paper briefly introduces construction project integrated management theory,analyzes in detail the methods that using integration thought solves environmental problems of construction project in construction phase:discusses responsibility, rights and obligations of environmental management that belong to project owner, supervision party, design, contractors and supplier in planning process,executive process, control process of environmental management, and introduces in detail environmental pollution control measures of construction phase; According to the process integration thought, establishes the environmental management coordination team, establishes uniform environmental management goals of construction projects, identify and evaluate environmental factors, conduct parallel work; About environmental knowledge management of construction phase,the paper details about refining implicit and explicit knowledge of environmental management, sharing environmental management knowledge of everyone, transforming everyone environmental management knowledge for enterprise environmental management knowledge, recycling enterprise environmental management knowledge.Thirdly,in view of the thought that scientific research should combine theory research and empirical analysis and make the quantitative analysis method to be research tool,take the phase ii project of zhangshan power plant for example, this paper discusses application of integrated thought from five aspects:the establishment of environmental management coordination organization; extensive participation of project parties; decomposition of Project environmental management target area; application analysis of management elements integrated thought; application analysis of process integration thought;application analysis of knowledge integration thought. establishes target system of project construction phase of environmental management through AHP, determines the weight of Environmental evaluation index, testes and verifies environmental performance of construction project construction phase through the BP artificial neural network.
