| As the development of the technology, traditional safety factor design can not meet the need in engineering. The modern probabilityof reliability design which base on the probability theory and mathematical statistics become the trend of development.As the metal structure is complicated,when designing with probability of reliabi-lity,we can use the stochastic finite element method and probabilityof reliability theory,which can caculate the failure probability and reliability. It makes up the imperfection of designing.The article introduces the probabilityof reliability method base on the stochastic finite element,and analyse the reliability of beam of the gantry crane using the PDS modules in ANSYS.First,the article introduced the reliability theory of the current situation and the past at home and abroad,the existing problem and the basic content of the probab-ility of reliability design base on the document,and then brief provide information of the basis method of probabilityof reliability design.It has random sampling method,analytic method,mixing method,SFEM,and analytic method includes immediate integration method,first order second moment,response surface methodology and improved distribution mean method.Also I summarize the features and defects of all the method in addition to the using situation.I focus on the key point to SFEM,presentation of random field and the relevantcontent of fiduciary level.It set a theory ase for the analyse of probability of reliability.At last,in the engineering practical application, the article set out from the safety evaluation of the metal structure of gantry crane,analying the probability of reliabilit-y of the beam of the gantry crane with Monte-Carlo technology base on the current probabilityof reliability theory and method,considering all the uncertain factors of the gantry crane during the working period,and prove the easibility and practicability of analysing the reliability in ANSYS PDS modules. |
